Salary/Hourly Pay:

15.31 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 05:00am-14:00pm, 40hrs a week.

Location:

Kendal

As a Recycling Collection Vehicle (RCV) driver, you will responsibly and safely drive the vehicles around the designated routes, collecting food waste, recycling and/or waste products from customers' sites and take them to the designated tipping site.

How you'll make an impact



Drive and operate the RCVs safely around the required route, and to the required tipping point, in accordance with the driver's handbook Work with the vehicle co-driver/team to ensure that all properties on assigned routes are serviced efficiently and effectively, as per the collection schedule Ensure all jobs are recorded electronically on the vehicle tablets & all other paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and submitted were appropriate Ensure all daily checks are done on vehicles/loads and any defects reported as per procedure
This role can be physically demanding and is predominantly based outdoors.

Requirements:



Essential:

A driving licence appropriate to the LGV vehicle (C or CE) A valid Driver CPC A digital tachograph driver card
Desirable:

Previous LGV driving experience
