In this role, you will coordinate with internal and external teams and stakeholders to plan, execute and integrate R&D communications activities, including content development, publishing, measurement and other operations. As a subject matter expert, you will give direction to team members on tactics and execution and work collaboratively across global centers of expertise

How you will contribute

You'll spearhead a comprehensive communication strategyfor the R&D function by implementing internal and external communication processes and delivering results in your area of expertise. You will work with internal cross-functional teams to build strong employee engagement and R&D internal and external reputation by developing content and managing related communications channels. You'll act as a strategic communication partner to R&D senior leaders and the leadership team, ensuring professional, proactive, and timely communication. In additionyou'll act as a facilitator during strategic function events, partnering with internal and external speakers. You'll work closely with your peers across Mondel?z International to generate positive collaboration and R&D reputation. You'll champion change initiatives through effective and targeted communication strategies. You'll be accountable for R&D communication channels, including intranet maintenance.

What you will bring

Must have experience in leading corporate communication from strategy design to execution Handling complexity, working with cross country/category teams and working with internal and external stakeholders Must have skills in using tools to produce communication content [written, visual] Creativity, attention to details,flexibility and high degree of emotional intelligence Curiosity and learning agility to explore and introduce modern communication tools and methods Change management experience is a plus Intellectual Property basic knowledge is a plus English proficiency level: C2 at minimum

What you need to know about this position:

This role requires high degree of self-leadership, attention to details and accountability. You'll need to demonstrate strong stakeholders management skills as well as end-user orientation to build people-centric communication.


You'll partner closely with senior R&D leaders to execute communication strategy,leveraging both written and verbal channels. You'll be single point of contact for R&D Chief Officer to provide ongoing communication support.
