Job Description
Our client, a leading satellite operator, providing telecommunications, television broadcasting, and high-speed connectivity services worldwide is looking for their R&D Lead.
As an R&D Lead, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful research and development initiatives that advance the technical capabilities and support business objectives.
- Explore emerging technologies and assess their applicability to the company's products and services,
- Drive innovation across the engineering stack, fostering a culture of continuous improvement,
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align R&D efforts with strategic business goals,
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes,
- Communicate technical progress and results to leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading R&D or innovation projects within engineering teams,
- Strong technical background across multiple engineering disciplines,
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills,
- Ability to manage complex projects and work collaboratively across functions,
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
