The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality Religious Education lessons that engage and challenge students
Support students in developing their understanding of different faiths and beliefs
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and inclusive curriculum
Promote the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of students
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities
Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
Qualified teacher with experience in Religious Education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative
Experience in delivering engaging and challenging lessons
Preferred
Experience in a school with a strong pastoral support system
Familiarity with the Embark Federation
Experience in curriculum development
Experience with pastoral care and student support
Knowledge of different faiths and beliefs
