If so, this is your chance to join our Health and Social Care Partnership as a Reablement Assistant, within Home Assessment Recovery Teams (HART), with opportunity to work in the North, and South localities of Perth and Kinross.
This role is dedicated to working in our HART Team. You will work across the North / South locality of Perth and Kinross, this includes areas such as
North - Blairgowrie, Alyth, Coupar Angus, Luncarty, Stanley, Bankfoot, Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Aberfeldy, and surrounding areas.
South - Carse of Gowrie, Kinross, Auchterarder, Crieff, Comrie, and surrounding areas
