An Exciting Opportunity has arisen to work within Bonymaen House in Bonymaen as a

28-hour Temporary Residential Reablement Officer up until 31 of March 2026

.


The service supports Individuals who step down from hospital or step up from the community on a short-term basis for a period of assessment and reablement.

This is how we will help you do a great job and just a few things that may matter to you.

You will be part of a team of Residential Reablement officers both experienced and new. You will be supported to do the right training, with the right support and gain the relevant understanding knowledge and skills for the role. You will receive a thorough & paid induction that includes working alongside others within the team who will help you learn about the role. You will receive regular supervision and guidance to help you along the way, offering you support and encouragement in your new role. Other benefits include the Excellent rate of pay with attached enhancements for weekend evening and bank holiday working, as well as an Excellent annual leave entitlement. You will have Shifts patterns that are equally shared amongst the team and have a 28-hour contract.
