We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Real Estate Lawyer to join our client, an Asset Management Company, for an initial 11-month contract, to start in December 2025



The role will involve leading on all legal aspects of real estate transactions, with a primary focus on equity and a strong understanding of debt. You will be managing a team of two secondees, advise on and support the rollout of new equity strategies and governance workstreams and providing cross-jurisdictional legal support on international real estate matters.



Essential Skills


Qualified solicitor or barrister in the UK Recent inhouse real estate experience Experience with cross-jurisdictional transactions is highly desirable. Strong understanding of governance, regulatory, and compliance matters within the real estate sector.
