Summary

We are currently seeking a Forklift Reach Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse.

It is a full time, temp to perm role for the right candidate.

Working hours are

Monday-Thursday 8:15am-6pm and 8:15am-3:30pm on Friday.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe operation. Manage inventory by accurately tracking materials as they move in and out of the warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of goods. Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient working environment. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role in a warehouse setting. Valid forklift reach operator certification is required. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of materials handling processes. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as needed. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
