Established in 2007, MM Flowers has grown exponentially every year and is based in a purpose built, state-of-the-art facility in Alconbury, Huntingdon. MM Flowers employs over 500 people who are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers.

We are currently looking for REACH TRUCK DRIVERS

Shift pattern: 4on 4off, 4on 3off 3on 4off

Hourly rate: 13.42 per hour

To ensure the timely unloading and movement of stock, and to work in collaboration and cross-functionally across all Operations through the Supply Chain and departments. Ideally hold a current FLT Counterbalance or Reach License (expired/ in house license will be considered)

For this role you would;

Ensure you, your team and any visitors comply with all health and safety procedures in the area under your control. Correct or report any unsafe practices or conditions. Ensure accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences are dealt with in accordance with company standards. Positively promote a health and safety culture. Ensure MHE is operated in accordance to training and safe systems of work. Develop a team approach to continuous improvement opportunities. Help promote a continuous improvement culture throughout all areas of responsibility. Meet targets and maintain KPIs. Manage and ensure full and timely completion of assigned tasks.
