Job Summary

We are currently representing a well-established cold storage company in Fareham who are looking for an experienced Reach Truck Forklift Driver to join their small, friendly team on a permanent basis.

Duties

Operate a Reach Truck Forklift to pick and locate pallets of frozen food (up to 8m high). Hand-pick orders where required. Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe to ensure smooth operations. Work in a frozen environment (-20C) -- full PPE and warming breaks provided.

Skills

Valid Reach Truck licence or in-house experience. Previous forklift experience. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety. Comfortable working in cold storage (experience in frozen environments is an advantage, but not essential). A reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Hours:

Monday - Friday (some flexibility may be required to cover holidays)
