Job Description

We're looking for a talented

React / React Native Developer

to join our product team and take a leading role in developing Eleanor's new web and mobile experiences. You'll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver smooth, visually refined, and high-performing interfaces used by both guests and resort staff around the world.

What You'll Do:

Build, maintain, and optimize Eleanor's

React-based web interfaces

and

React Native mobile app

(iOS and Android). Implement reusable UI components, shared logic, and consistent styling across platforms. Collaborate on

responsive design

and

intuitive UX flows

that make complex resort operations effortless. Integrate APIs for dynamic content, real-time bookings, and communication features. Ensure

performance, accessibility, and scalability

across devices and screen sizes. Contribute to the evolution of Eleanor's

design system and component library

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience building production applications in

React

and

React Native

. Solid understanding of

JavaScript/TypeScript

, component architecture, and modern frontend workflows. Experience with

state management

,

API integration

, and

responsive UI design

. Good eye for

UX and visual detail

-- we value developers who care about how things feel, not just how they work. Experience working with design tools (e.g., Figma) and collaborating in agile, product-oriented teams. Familiarity with app distribution (TestFlight, Play Store) and web deployment pipelines is a plus. Bonus: Experience with hospitality, booking, or white-label SaaS platforms.
