We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Maintenance Electrician

building services and facilities maintenance company, This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and competent electrician to join an established team working across a variety of commercial and industrial sites.

Duties of a Maintenance Electrician

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance in live environments. You will be expected to:

Carry out

electrical fault finding

, repairs, and installations Perform

planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

across multiple systems Respond to

reactive callouts and emergency repairs

Ensure all works are compliant with

BS7671 wiring regulations

Complete

EICR reports, inspection, testing

, and relevant documentation Maintain high standards of health and safety and professional conduct on-site

Skills and Experience of a Maintenance Electrician

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

Level 3 qualification

in Electrical Installation or equivalent

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

2391 or 2391-52 Inspection & Testing

(preferred but not essential) A valid

ECS or JIB Gold Card

Previous experience in

maintenance and reactive works

A full UK driving licence
It would also be advantageous if applicants had experience working with:

Emergency lighting

,

fire alarm systems

, and

small power systems

Facilities maintenance or commercial property environments Adaptable to help other trades when needed ,plumbing and basic joinery

Pay: 16.50-19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
