Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the Re-Active Maintenance Division of the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Re-Active Maintenance Division. Managing customer jobs that are logged with us. This is an office based role heading up the helpdesk with admin support and a skilled multi trade team of engineers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with strong management, technical, and organisational abilities to contribute to the efficiency of the Maintenance Division.

Our UK customer base rely on us to support them with the Re-Active Building Maintenance - to ensure their business continues to operate and run smoothly and safely. We have a constant flow of live maintenance jobs that will require managing, planning and attending.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing clear direction and support to ensure high performance. Develop and implement live attendance within deadline fixes to the client. Oversee live callout maintenance jobs by our direct team and / or verified sub contractor network. Management of the Office Team and Field Engineer Team Coordinate with clients and team planning of attendance and completing jobs Maintain accurate reports, updates and job sheets to management team and clients. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and safety audits regularly.

Qualifications

Proven management experience in a maintenance environment, with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously. Trade Experience / Understanding of Building Maintenance Repair Works. (Plumbing, Flooring, Carpentry, Emergency Repairs) Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in planning maintenance activities. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication across teams. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in engineering or maintenance management are preferred. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence within our organisation.

Pay: 32,000.00-36,000.00 per year
