We're looking for a hands-on
Reactive Supervisor
to manage day-to-day repairs and maintenance acrossBarking & Dagenham housing stock
. You'll lead a team of operatives, ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely completion of all reactive works.Key Responsibilities
Supervise operatives delivering responsive repairs. Allocate jobs and monitor progress to meet targets. Carry out post-inspections and ensure quality standards. Manage team performance and materials use.
Requirements
Experience supervising reactive repairs in social housing/maintenance. Strong knowledge of maintenance processes. IT literate (PDA/job management systems). Full UK Driving Licence. Clean DBS
Benefits
