About The Role
We are looking to recruit a Reactive Mobile Cleaner to cover a portfolio of sites around the Luton, Bedfordshire area for our prestigious Social Housing customer.
37.5 hours a week
8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
12.21 per hour
UK Manual driving license essential, a company vehicle will be provided
What are we looking for?
Professional cleaning experience is essential Full clean manual UK driving licence is required, but a vehicle is provided IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps) Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
Responsibilities:
Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops Mopping floors with wet or damp mops Hoovering of carpeted areas Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
