We are looking for skilled reactive / small works engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and servicing commercial plumbing & heating systems in the commercial and retail sector.

What Will You Be Doing?

-Within the role you will be responsible for keeping commercial heating & plumbing systems running smoothly and safely.

Your role will involve:

Fault Diagnosis:

Responding to call outs and diagnosing faults in a range of commercial plumbing & heating systems.

Repairs & Maintenance:

Carrying out repairs and maintenance to restore heating & plumbing systems to full working order.

Planned Servicing

Conducting routine servicing and safety checks, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimal performance.

Defects Rectification

Responding to sites during the contractural defects period to assist / support clients.

Commissioning

Conducting project completion commissioning such as, TMV Tests, Equipment Handovers and any other basic system commissioning.

What We're Looking For:

We want to hear from skilled Reactive / Small works Plumbing Engineers who have:

NVQ In Plumbing, HVAC or Similar - Essential for the role.

Driving License - a full, clean driving license is a must.

Additional Certifications - IPAF, PASMA, CSCS, etc., are desirable but not essential.

Great Communication Skills - you'll be working directly with clients, so excellent communication is key.

Experience in Commercial Heating Equipment Maintenance - we're looking for someone who has a solid background in servicing and repairing commercial heating & plumbing systems and is confident in completing necessary documentation.
