To form part of the team for managing and developing the Company's existing customer base while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. The role supports the efficient distribution of products to customers, delivers high?quality service, and contributes to sales growth through effective relationship management, market awareness, and proactive outreach. To also assist on the Trade Counter with sales and enquires providing excellent customer service and within the stores as required.
Principal Accountabilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
Proactively identify, contact, and secure new customers to support business growth.
Process customer enquiries, orders, and quotations accurately and efficiently.
To promote any new stock lines or 'special offers' to existing customers with a view to obtaining orders for these and other items to maximise the Company's sales turnover.
To answer incoming enquiries by phone and via the website to ensure the Company's customers receive a professional service.
To contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and follow?up.
To assist on the Trade counter with sales or enquiries as and when required so that the Company's customers receive a prompt and efficient service.
To support general stores operations when needed preparing customer orders ready for despatch, stock handling, and replenishment and storing of delivered stock as it arrives.
To ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
Employees are to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times while at work or out on Company Business.
To carry out all other associated duties as and when required.

We are seeking a smart and presentable, proactive and customer?focused individual who delivers excellent customer service. Must be confident in building relationships and seeking new business opportunities and able to communicate clearly with customers. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to pick and prepare orders accurately are essential. Must be flexible and willing to support the Trade Counter and in the stores when required, ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the business.
