Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in property markets and data analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the property team by assisting in calling clients, making sure all bills are in the clients name, logging faults and liaising with our maintenance teams, assisting with reporting as and when required Prior office experience and strong organisational skills are essential, alongside proficiency in various computer applications. This paid position is ideal for candidates looking to develop their career within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive market research and analyse property data to identify trends and opportunities Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal review and client meetings Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialised software such as QuickBooks Support the team with administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence via phone and email Maintain organised records of property listings, client information, and transaction documents Utilise strong phone etiquette to liaise professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams Perform routine clerical tasks such as typing reports, updating databases, and managing documentation efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines

Requirements



Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good typing speed to support efficient report preparation and data management Sound knowledge of clerical processes and office equipment utilisation Demonstrable phone etiquette skills for professional communication with clients and stakeholders Administrative experience within the real estate or property management sectors is desirable but not essential Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From 18,500.00 per year
