We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for property and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, and selling processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen understanding of the local property market.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the entire process.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies
Negotiate offers on behalf of clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide informed advice.
Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including paperwork and documentation.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar Sales role is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are an advantage.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple listings and client interactions.
Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
A genuine interest in the property market and a desire to help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Area covered: Farnborough, Camberley, Bagshot, Windlesham, Egham, Ascot, Windsor and Staines.
Commission based role: Agent will qualify for 33% of commission for every instruction, this includes conducting valuation, and preparing it for marketing. An additional 2% commission for selling.
As an example on a 750k properties, you could earn up to 35% of the Commission, which comes to 2,625. If you bring just 2 Instructions a month, that comes to over 5k a month.
Hours- Flexible, agent selects their own hours.
What does a normal day look like? Approaching potential sellers/vendors to sell through us.
