Whitewill is an international real estate agency with offices in London, Miami and Dubai, among other places, which specializes in selling luxury newly-built developments to high net worth (HNW) individuals.
Currently, the company's London portfolio includes over 220 exciting projects from industry-leading developers: Barratt, Berkeley Group, Ballymore, Mount Anvil, Finchatton, Fenton Whelan, Taylor Wimpey, Galliard Homes, Almacantar and others. We work directly with developers and receive introductory fees from them for each apartment sold, ranging from 1% to 7% of the total price of the property.
Our cozy modern office with atmospheric meeting rooms and individual workspaces for each broker is located at 42 Upper Berkeley Street in Marylebone, a 5-minute walk from Marble Arch tube station.
In 2020 Whitewill was named the Best Real Estate Agency at the International Property Awards. Whitewill has one major advantage over the other real estate agencies - we can attract a large number of HNW buyers from all over the world from our targeted online marketing campaigns. This is achieved thanks to our powerful digital marketing department, which is now capable to supply 50-100 warm leads per shift day from the Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, India, Europe, the CIS countries and the US, as well as from the local UK market. As we work with the luxury sector, we can afford to be picky with regard to our buyers, only working with budgets above 300k. We allocate a large advertising budget to attract new buyers and all of our current Whitewill brokers have their pipelines fully loaded with dozens of target leads.
We are able to offer our brokers the highest commission of any real estate agency in London. Once you complete a sale, you will be entitled to at least 25% of the agency's introduction fee from a deal. If you bring your own buyer and do not get them through our marketing, you will be entitled to at least 45% of the agency's introduction fee.

- understanding clients' requirements and selecting relevant options from our database;
- registering clients with our partner developers and conducting viewings with clients;
- coordination and supervision of sales transactions until the payment stage.

- you live in London and are very familiar with the city;
- you have worked in the field of selling or letting real estate and you have a history of deals under your belt that you are proud of;

- you are passionate about communicating with people, including on the phone;

- you can work productively on several tasks at the same time while being able to focus.
Working environment:
- competitive salary: we offer competitive commissions off your sales;
- flexible working hours. While on your shift receiving new customer leads, you will need to be at your work desk up to two or three times a week. The rest of the time you will be working with your current pipeline of clients;
- the company covers telephone costs, gives access to a convenient CRM system and our proprietary Whitelist database with all the information regarding our new developments;
- the company can pay brokers with high potential a monthly advance payment. Being a commission based role, with each closed transaction, brokers receive 25% of the company's commission. For example, let's say a broker closed a deal for 1.5M at one of Berkeley's sites at a 3% commission. The company's commission minus VAT is 36,000, which means that the broker will receive 9000 from this transaction;
- the minimum earnings that the broker will receive if successfully closing deals is 36,000 per annum;
- Invaluable 2 weeks' training prior to taking on your first shift.
