Job Overview

As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the real estate process, providing expert advice, and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish. This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the property market.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the process. Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, market trends, and neighbourhood dynamics. Prepare and present property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants. Organise property viewings and open houses, ensuring that properties are presented in their best light. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings using administrative skills. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience in a professional environment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A valid real estate licence is required; prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not mandatory. Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.

Preferred Skills

Previous real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage, but motivated beginners are welcome (training provided). UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
