Job Description
A prestigious law firm with a market-leading reputation in Asset Management, M&A, and Dispute Resolution is seeking two talented Real Estate Associates (3-5 years PQE) to join its dynamic and growing team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions with a strong pipeline of work and a growing client base. You will:
- Lead and support on structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate transactions.
- Draft and review sale agreements, leases, development agreements, and Certificates of Title.
- Collaborate across departments and delegate effectively to junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
You will be a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-5 years PQE and experience in a top-tier real estate practice. You'll bring:
