This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions with a strong pipeline of work and a growing client base. You will:

  • Lead and support on structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate transactions.
  • Draft and review sale agreements, leases, development agreements, and Certificates of Title.
  • Collaborate across departments and delegate effectively to junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
