Job Description
Our client is a dynamic London-based practice with a strong reputation in property law. They are seeking a capable and confident Locum Associate to support their commercial property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality matters in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
You'll advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Asset management
- Development projects
- Investment sales and purchases
- Real estate aspects of property finance (for both borrowers and lenders)
- Experience in commercial property law, ideally gained in a reputable firm
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in real estate finance is a plus but not essential
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from 45 to 60
- Flexible temporary position to suit your availability.
