Job Description
A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its highly regarded London team. This is a permanent opportunity to be part of a practice recognised for its depth of expertise, commercial acumen, and global reach.
You'll be involved in:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of finance documentation
- Advising clients strategically across all stages of transactions
- Managing deal execution and coordinating with specialist and local counsel
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to thought leadership
- Supervising junior team members and collaborating across practice areas
- Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance and/or corporate lending
- Commercially minded with excellent drafting and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Comfortable working with international clients and cross-border matters
