About The Role
The role
We are looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate team in Birmingham. This is a strategic hire to support the team's growing workload and complex development projects. This is a role for someone who thrives on delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice and who enjoys working collaboratively across teams to deliver integrated legal solutions.
The team

You'll be joining a team that works closely with other departments across Gateley Legal and Gateley Group, including planning, construction, and tax. The team is collaborative, commercially minded and committed to delivering high-quality legal services that help our clients achieve their goals.
The person
We're looking for a qualified solicitor with 4-8 years PQE and significant experience in development work. You'll have a strong understanding of the commercial property market and ideally experience in funding, general commercial property and mixed-use schemes.
You'll be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, and have excellent communication skills. You'll be proactive, collaborative and ambitious, with a strong team ethic and a desire to progress within a growing and dynamic team.
