Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate - Bristol
Fantastic opportunity with a Top 100 law firm who are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to join their thriving Real Estate team.
With offices across the South West and beyond, this role will be based in their Bristol offices.
Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant work
• Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met
• Actively contribute to business development activities and help grow the real estate practice
• Mentor and support junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and contribute to the overall knowledge-sharing culture within the firm
• Attending networking events and business development meetings
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the real estate practice

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE in commercial property/real estate
• Strong technical expertise in commercial property law, with a focus on acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex transactions efficiently
• Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships
