About The Role

Part of Knight Frank LLP, Venteu Limited is an innovative new venture specialising in high-value global real estate auctions. We bring exceptional residential properties to market in an exclusive, competitive setting, combining world-class marketing with the prestige of the Knight Frank brand.


As our business continues to grow, we're looking to partner with self-employed Campaign Managers based across Europe to lead and deliver end-to-end auction campaigns.

About the Role

As a Freelance Campaign Manager, you'll take full ownership of the sales campaign for each property, typically lasting around six weeks, overseeing everything from bidder engagement and property presentation to event coordination on-site. This is a unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with Venteu's central team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and presentation of properties, ensuring they are show-ready throughout the campaign. Conduct proactive outreach to potential bidders and manage all enquiries. Plan and host Open Houses and reception events to showcase each property. Guide and support bidders through the registration and auction process. Join regular team calls, contributing updates, insights, and feedback to the Campaign Business Director.

Key Deliverables

Maintain a professional and engaging on-site presence throughout the campaign. Deliver clear communication and exceptional service to all stakeholders. Qualify and rank potential bidders to support a competitive and transparent auction process. Provide timely feedback and reports to your line manager and the Business Director.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe and able to be on-site at the property location for the duration of each campaign. A confident, personable communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Experience within the luxury real estate or high-end hospitality sector is highly desirable. Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
