Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our

Residential Real Estate

team here at Marsh. This role will be based in Bournemouth on a hybrid basis, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.



The role: Real Estate Client Advisor




You will support a team of Client Executives and manage your own book of clients. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will work with a diverse range of clients, including FTSE250 companies and investment managers.

We will count on you to:



Manage renewal strategy activities in conjunction with the Client Executive. Undertake service work related to upcoming renewals and prepare claims reports. Create market presentations and renewal documents, ensuring alignment with renewal strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client insurance queries and assist in resolving client issues. Participate in new business initiatives and attend client and insurer meetings as required.

What you need to have:



Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships internally and externally. Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and adaptability to Marsh business systems. Ability to manage your own workload and an awareness of clients' business and insurance needs. Commitment to adhering to FCA, Marsh Compliance, and specific procedures and guidelines.

What makes you stand out:



Prior experience in property insurance (personal lines, private clients, commercial, etc.) is highly desirable. Completion of Cert CII is a plus, but not essential. A proactive approach to delivering best practice and market-leading service solutions.
