We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Company Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the real estate market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the real estate team, including agents and support staff. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals. Monitor market trends and provide guidance on property acquisitions and sales. Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies. Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. Drive marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:

Candidates of Arab nationality are preferred, preferably citizens of the UAE." Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
