Real Estate Disputes Solicitor | Highly regarded, progressive firm
I am working with a well regarded North London firm that is looking to welcome a solicitor into their Real Estate Disputes team.

The role
You will handle a varied caseload advising residential and commercial landlords and tenants across a broad range of matters including:
- Breach of covenant such as consents, alterations and landlord obligations
- Commercial landlord and tenant work including break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture and surrender
- Business lease renewals
- Possession proceedings
- Trespass, adverse possession and nuisance claims
- Easements, rights to light and prescriptive rights
- Service charge disputes and consultation requirements
- TOLATA claims
About you
- Experienced in real estate or property litigation
- Strong client handling skills and a commitment to excellent service
- Commercially aware, pragmatic and proactive
- Some experience of business development or a small referral network would be helpful
