Jameson Legal is instructed on a new opportunity with our international law firm client's market-leading Real Estate Finance team, consistently ranked in the upper tiers by leading legal directories for combining sector insight, technical excellence and commercial acumen.
As an associate, you will:

• Assisting on Real Estate Finance and CRE Structured Debt deals across diverse asset classes, for both lender and sponsor clients.
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, fee letters, mezzanine documents and intercreditor arrangements.
• Working on financing for offices, residential, retail, hotels and logistics assets, from straightforward investment loans to structured debt and developments.
• Managing transactions, alongside partners, associates and paralegals.

Recent Highlights:

• Advising a Real Estate Investment Company on its EUR1bn pan-European logistics portfolio partnership with a global-leading alternative asset manager, including acquisition, refinancing and sale financing.
• Acting for a multinational finance corporation on a 500m facility supporting a 1bn BTR refinancing.
• Representing a lender syndicate on a 200m supermarket portfolio refinancing, with an accordion line for future acquisitions.
