Real Estate Finance Associate
The Role
A highly regarded national practice is looking to appoint an Associate into its Real Estate Finance team. This is a chance to join a collaborative group working on complex, often cross-border transactions for major financial institutions, funds, corporates and alternative lenders. The role offers excellent quality work, strong career progression and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.
What you'll be doing
Advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate finance transactions.
Drafting and negotiating LMA-based documentation.
Working closely with colleagues in real estate, corporate, construction, tax and international teams.
Supporting business development through events, client meetings and networking.
Taking part in wider team initiatives, including training, marketing and knowledge projects.
About you
2-6 PQE with proven real estate finance experience.
Strong understanding of LMA documentation.
A team player with a collaborative mindset.
Client-focused, with the ability to deliver clear and commercial advice.
Keen to get involved in business development and relationship building.
