Real Estate Finance Associate - Cardiff
Our client, a UK based Commercial law firm, are looking for an experienced Associate (4+ PQE) to join their leading Real Estate Finance team in Cardiff. You'll work on a wide variety of complex and high-value property finance matters, acting for major lenders and borrowers across the UK.
The Role
- Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate finance deals
- Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and other transactional contracts
- Manage transactions from instruction to completion
- Support senior colleagues on high-value cases while running your own caseload
- Build strong client relationships with commercial, solution-focused advice
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
- Solid transactional real estate background with proven real estate finance experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Commercially astute, pragmatic, and client-focused
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Work on high-profile transactions with leading UK lenders
