A new opportunity has landed at one of the most respected Real Estate Finance teams in the city for a mid-level REF Associate.
The work will be highly varied and exciting and include major real estate finance deals ; advice to lender and sponsor clients on structured debt and refinancing often around 1B in value, drafting complex facility agreements and support on the project management of deals.
Applicants must have upwards of 3 PQE in Real Estate Finance and a strong understanding of the full range of real estate assets including offices, logistical, retail and hotels.
