Real Estate Finance - Senior Associate (5+ PQE) - London We're working with a top-tier international law firm seeking to expand its Real Estate Finance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior associate to join a practice renowned for advising on complex, high-value transactions across the UK and Europe.
The team advises a diverse client base, including institutional lenders, private equity sponsors, and asset managers, on a range of matters such as investment and development financings, structured lending, and cross-border transactions. The practice is particularly active in sectors like logistics, residential, and hospitality.()
You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior associates, gaining exposure to both domestic and international transactions. The firm offers a collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on associate development and clear progression pathways.
What they're looking for:

• 5+ years' PQE in real estate finance, or broad finance with a caseload weighted towards REF
• Strong experience in advising on complex financing transactions
• Commercial acumen and confidence in client interactions()

Salary: 185,000 - 210,000 + bonus
