This popular US firm is looking to hire an ambitious associate to work closely with a new partner focusing on the financing of international real estate assets, operational real estate assets (including hotels, senior living and student accommodation), senior and mezzanine structures, and preferred equity lending, representing UK, European and US financial institutions, insurers and debt funds, as well as investors and sponsors. You will be involved in transaction and document management, complex drafting, client management, and negotiation of loan and security documentation as well as contributing to business development.
