Job Description

An interim opportunity for a Banking Lawyer with strong Real Estate Finance experience to join a leading London law firm. You'll handle lender and borrower-side transactions with autonomy, while supporting a collaborative team.
We're looking for a 5+ PQE Banking Lawyer with solid Real Estate Finance experience to join on a 3-month fixed-term contract. You'll be working on a mix of lender and borrower-side transactions, with the autonomy to run matters independently and the flexibility to support the wider team when needed.

  • 5+ years PQE in Banking Law, with a focus on Real Estate Finance.
  • Experience advising both lenders and borrowers.
  • Immediate availability or max 1 week's notice.
  • Comfortable working 2-3 days/week in the Baker Street office, with remote flexibility.
