Job Description

A growing law firm is seeking a confident and experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its busy Property Finance team. This newly created role is focused on secured lending and bridging finance transactions, primarily acting for lenders, with additional exposure to general commercial property matters.
You'll handle a broad range of work including:

  • Bridging and property finance transactions
  • Acting for banks and short-term finance lenders
  • Dual and separate representation
  • Drafting loan documents, deeds of priority, and third-party mortgages
  • Liaising with borrowers' solicitors and reviewing legal packs
  • Managing title insurance matters
  • Supporting general commercial property transactions
