Salary from 150,000 - 230,000 + Bonus & Benefits
This major international law firm's well-established and thriving London Real Estate Finance team has two excellent new opportunities for an ambitious Associate and Senior Associate to join them. Their team are Real Estate Finance specialists, with a total of five REF partners and over 40 lawyers contributing to their UK REF Group. In response to client requirements, they also have English-law qualified lawyers in the firm's German, Italian and French offices, alongside a network of local REF specialists across their European offices. They are on the panels of the top 5 UK retail banks and the top 10 investment banks, whilst also acting for a stellar list of major insurance lenders, alternative lenders/debt funds, private wealth divisions, and investment banks, in addition to a growing number of large investors, developers and other borrower clients. Experience of working closely with a range of both UK and international clients would therefore particularly be a plus, as would some experience in working on both UK and European deals (relevant language skills, while beneficial, are not essential).
