A leading international firm is seeking to further strengthen its top-tier real estate finance practice in London with the addition of a Senior Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected team known for advising on some of the most high-profile property finance transactions in the market.
The practice offers a breadth of work not often found at this level, handling both borrower and lender mandates across senior and mezzanine debt, investment financing, and complex cross-border matters spanning the UK, Ireland, Europe and beyond. You can expect regular involvement in headline transactions, acting for major lenders and prominent sponsors on deals that frequently appear in the business press.

To be considered, you will bring at least five years' experience gained in a strong real estate finance team, along with excellent drafting ability, commercial judgment, and the confidence to engage with clients in a relaxed and assured manner. A down-to-earth approach, willingness to learn, and the ability to operate effectively on complex, fast-paced matters will be key.
