You'll be involved in a broad range of transactional real estate finance matters, including:

  • Investment and development finance
  • Senior/mezzanine secured lending
  • Investment-grade borrowing
  • REO and NPL transactions
  • You'll act as lead lawyer on deals, manage junior team members, and work closely with partners and colleagues across the firm's European network.
