As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will be an integral part of the wider banking team, supporting a highly regarded Partner. You will be involved in supporting complex real estate finance transactions, advising lenders and borrowers across multiple sectors. Your work will include drafting and negotiating LMA documentation, managing transaction timetables, and providing legal guidance on structuring deals, non-recourse financings, and cross-border financings. You will be expected to contribute to business development initiatives, participate in client meetings, and collaborate across various legal and practice teams.
