The Role





We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our UK Real Estate team. This internship offers hands-on experience across the full acquisition and development cycle, with potential exposure to international operations in Poland. You will contribute to sourcing, evaluating, and delivering development opportunities across the UK.




Key Responsibilities




Identify, negotiate, and acquire suitable properties and development sites Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Prepare detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and internal reports Manage planning applications from submission through to authorisation Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, and developers Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and construction teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity



What We're Looking For




A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate or master's degree Ideally MRICS-qualified (or working towards), with prior experience in acquisitions or planning Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent Excel and modelling skills Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment A collaborative, team-first attitude with the ability to work independently High attention to detail and analytical thinking

Fluent in Polish and English - written and spoken

Polish language skills are highly desirable due to our international operations, but not essential
