This law firm is one of perhaps half-a-dozen in the world which can truly claim to be a global leader in real estate. In London the direct real estate team covers high-end investment and development matters and is supported by strong real estate finance, construction and PERE teams. As part of a "one worldwide partnership" the team is fully integrated and works particularly closely with its European and the Middle East offices.
The London real estate team already suffers periodic capacity crunches, however, a pressing succession issue means that these will now become even more acute. So, the team would like to mitigate this with a connected direct real estate lateral. Although the law firm pays market leading partner compensation, thanks to innovative staffing, it is able to provide real estate clients with reasonable flexibility on charge-out rates.
