Job Overview:


We are working with a leading national law firm to recruit a talented Real Estate Lawyer to join their expanding Energy and Natural Resources practice. This team advises a diverse client base, from innovative new entrants and joint ventures to established utilities, financial institutions, governments, and global energy companies.

What you'll be doing:



Advise energy sector clients on property matters including land options for renewable projects (wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen). Support development projects, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and asset/portfolio management. Act on real estate aspects of major energy infrastructure developments, including mainstream power and pipeline projects. Work on high?value transactions, gaining exposure to complex, high?profile matters. Collaborate with colleagues across the national Real Estate team, building strong client relationships and contributing to the team's reputation for excellence. Participate in business development activities such as client events, thought leadership articles, and marketing initiatives.

About you:



Qualified lawyer with 5+ years' post?admission experience. Background in Real Estate law, ideally from a large regional or city firm. Experience of development transactions and projects, either within the energy sector or more broadly. Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness. Enthusiastic about working in a busy, supportive environment with a genuine interest in energy and natural resources. Team?oriented, with the ability to contribute to the growth of the practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 65,000.00-85,000.00 per year
