You'll be trusted to run substantial transactions, guide juniors, contribute your voice at team meetings, and help shape the future of the practice-whether that's through technical excellence or by gently steering client relationships and opportunities in the right direction.
There's plenty of scope to get involved in growing the practice-whether that's putting yourself forward at events, helping spot cross-selling openings or shaping the team's market presence-but no pressure to be 'always on.'
