The Role
A leading national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Disputes Associate to join its Birmingham office. You'll work as part of a collaborative team on a broad and challenging caseload, with exposure to high-profile clients and the chance to develop your expertise in property litigation.

What you'll be doing
Handling a broad mix of real estate litigation matters, from landlord and tenant disputes to wider property-related issues.
Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while also assisting on larger, more complex matters.
Advising clients across a variety of sectors, providing clear, commercially focused solutions.
Working collaboratively with colleagues in both contentious and non-contentious teams.
Playing an active role in building relationships with clients and supporting the team's business development initiatives.
About you
Previous experience in real estate disputes or property litigation.
Strong drafting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Commercial approach to problem-solving and confident communication style.
Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied caseload effectively.
Collaborative, client-focused and motivated to grow your expertise in this area.
