The opportunity



Are you ready to lead a service office centre and shape the future of workspace solutions? As a Regus Centre Manager, you will oversee all enquiries incoming and outreach, manage the end-to-end client experience, close deals timely in the interest of the company, and ensure the achievement of company targets. This role is pivotal in spearheading new business generation, cultivating client relationships, and nurturing sales teams to excellence. You will be the driving force behind our vibrant workspace community, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our valued members. You will be responsible for curating a supportive and inspiring environment, where professionals from various industries come together to connect, collaborate, and create amazing opportunities. You will work closely with the MD and Head of strategy, whilst managing up to 2 Community Associates with the potential for growth.

A typical day at Regus



Foster an Engaging Community: Be the heart and soul of our workspace by building meaningful relationships with our members, understanding their needs, and creating a sense of belonging within the community. Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service to all members and guests, offering assistance with a smile, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit. Space Management: Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting workspace, ensuring that all common areas are consistently presentable and equipped with necessary supplies. Event Coordination: Plan and execute exciting community events, workshops, and networking sessions that bring professionals together, foster collaboration, and inspire creativity. Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to showcase the benefits of Regus to potential clients, conducting tours of the workspace and highlighting the unique features of our flexible solutions. Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including managing mail and packages, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the centre manager. Manage all incoming enquiries and outreach efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to potential clients. Plan and execute the end-to-end client experience, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Take ownership of closing deals in a timely manner, aligning with company interests and targets. Spearhead new business generation efforts, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to leadership. Identify areas for improvement in sales processes, strategies, and team performance, implementing solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to the growth and expansion of the Regus business centres in Leicester, Lincoln, Kettering, and other potential locations, leveraging market insights and opportunities for development.

High level of adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficient in using technology, Office 365 and CRM systems, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making. Willingness to travel and represent the company at events.
