Role Summary:



We are seeking an ambitious and visionary Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function. You will report directly to the business owner and work alongside senior managers in lettings, maintenance and administration. You will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives and internal change programmes to attract then retain tenants. You will have the opportunity to solidify your knowledge in property marketing, continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Main responsibilities:



Managing a portfolio of online property listings Organising the creation of marketing materials, including images, virtual tours, floorplans and descriptions Collaborating with our developers to optimise our website's performance Overseeing the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM and Social Media Ensuring marketing initiatives remain consistent with our brand image Monitoring progress to make timely adjustments towards the fulfilment of KPIs

Additional responsibilities:



Shaping and refining internal workflows to meet brand expectations Liaising with external stakeholders to fulfil marketing-related client requests, including property appraisals and requests for marketing materials Facilitating strategy and change meetings with senior managers and staff Exploring, reviewing and implementing software and digital technologies as we grow

Necessary Qualifications, Skills and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field At least two years of experience in a marketing-related role in lettings An analytical, strategic approach to data and problem-solving Demonstrable experience with Monday.com Work OS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using low/no-code digital software

Ideal Qualifications, Skills and Experience:



Familiarity with modern marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and related services Foundational knowledge and understanding of data, databases and analytics Business Analysis or Change Management experience Strong knowledge and experience with Monday.com Basic understanding of property photography

We are a tight-knit team of property professionals specialising in private student accommodation in Selly Oak, Birmingham and Birmingham City Centre. It is our aim to modernise the student accommodation lettings experience within our market using modern software, technology and data analytics. You will play a crucial part in heading our marketing department and championing changes across the business.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
