The Real Estate teams are extremely busy with a wide range of property work for a range of household name clients offering the right candidate a fabulous opportunity to broaden their real estate skills and experience. From development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment property, to telecoms and landlord and tenant asset and portfolio management instructions for public sector, institutional, and household name clients, the work is varied and challenging.
We need people who are keen to be part of an ambitious team focused on excellent client service growth and success, who are prepared to work hard and reap the rewards. What will you be doing?
You'll be working with a supportive experienced team of real estate solicitors acting for a wide range of clients across a variety of sectors. You will be dealing with a multitude of real estate matters including sales and acquisitions, property finance, development projects and landlord and tenant transactions. You'll be responsible for managing your own case load of real estate transactions and you'll support the team by drafting and negotiating legal documentation.
So what are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you'll need as a minimum:

• Completed your law degree or other legal qualification and/or have previously worked as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or similar.
• Legal/non-legal work experience in real estate/property.
• Experience managing multiple workloads simultaneously
• A strong worth ethic and a curiosity to learn.
